Hardware required : Access Controller and Boom Barrier and Printer.(Recommended Epson TM-U220)The Working: A vehicle comes at the entrance of the Parking Lot. If the car belongs to an employee of the organization, then he swipes his/her card and the vehicle no. is picked up from the database. If the car belongs to a visitor, then the guard issues a new card to the visitor and swipes the same on the reader. He then enters the name, car no, category and type of vehicle and hands over the card to the visitor. Thereafter, the guard releases the barrier and the vehicle enters the parking lot. When the visitor/employee is leaving the parking lot, he/she comes to the exit gate of the parking lot and swipes the card, which results in immediate printing of the parking slip alongwith the charges and the guard collects the payment towards the same and collects the card issued in case the person is a visitor and releases the barrier.
