The Working:
A new visitor “A” visits your office.
If the software is working with the hamster unit then “A” places his finger on the hamster unit and his finger is scanned and captured.
The details of “A” are fed in manually and a snap is clicked.
Thereafter, the details of the person to be visited are fed in alongwith details any electronic components like laptop, mobile phone, cd/dvd, pen drive, etc. are recorded and a visitor slip is printed.
The software will give you a total of visitors present into the premises.
While leaving “A” will either re-scan his finger or the barcode scanner will be used to scan the printed pass
or the Guard can manually register “A” as out.
The next time “A” comes in, he scans his finger or the guard can select his name from the “Registered
Visitors” list.. all the details of “A” are automatically popped up on the screen alongwith the name of the last person visited. The Guard prints the pass again for this visit.The software gives the user an option to take reports based on all visitors or selective visitor(s) or details of visitors having visited any individual employee of the organization.
